Why is my Kitchenaid fridge not dispensing ice?

My fridge model ksrg25fvms01 makes ice but won’t dispense it when the button is pressed. There is neither a click nor motor noise. I have swapped out the dispenser control board and ice auger motor and tested the switch. The delay is faulty but should’t affect dispensing. Can I test the control board in case the replacement is faulty as well? How do I test the electrical supply to the auger motor? What else am I missing….
