iPhone XS Max stuck Apple logo

Hi all,

Suddenly my iPhone is stuck at the Apple logo. It stays at the Apple logo and it does not flicker/reboot or something like that. I tried a reset witl volume up, down and held the power button, but still the same problem.

Could someone help me? Thanks!

Try putting the phone into recovery mode and update it with iTunes.

I tried to recover it with iTunes in DFU mode but I got error 14.

@Uas Error 14 on the XS max usually means there is a connection problem with your PC or the apple server. Try another cable and different PC.
