My iPhone is keep restarting while am using

My iPhone X keeps restarting while am using it. I have tried changing OS from 12 to 13, Changed to factory reset nothing changed... There isn’t any particular time for restarting sometimes it keeps working but while surfing through instagram or another software device get freeze and restarts
