Digits 1-9 not operating
I just purchased and installed your product the keys all match and product was correct but the digits 1-9 do not function. When I pull up the key stroker they don't light up as if they were being pressed either, any suggestions?

Can you give an idea on what you bought. Was it a new battery or a keyboard?
