Recently I dropped my iPhone 5 from my hand. The screen is not showing and working. But when I charge my phone it makes charging sound. Power button and home button is ok. please try to solve my problem and give me necessary guidelines for repair my mobile.

You most likely damaged the screen. You can first check the connections and make sure they are tight and clean. Clean them with a qtip and alcohol. Make sure to disconnect the battery before you remove or install the screen. If that doesn't help you should try a new screen. I would buy a good quality screen not something from Ebay or Amazon. I would go with ifixit or fixez.
