Is there any way to transfer data from one iPhone to another?

I would simply use itunes for this task. Just back up all data on the iPhone and name the phone after the name u wish to give the other iPhone. When u connect the second iPhone just sync it with itunes. Its that simple. I dont think there are any other methods or short cuts to this.

If the second iPhone is completely erased, which it should be for this, then it'll ask if u wanna restore from your last back-up. Select the back up and its a done deal.

I would use iCloud storage as the easiest way! Just enable iCloud backup within the phones settings give it some time to backup then setup your new phone and at the end when you log-in to your iCloud account it will ask you if you want to restore click yes and you'll need to wait a bit and bang your done!

No need for any apps or even a PC (Mac or Windows or other).

I would still leverage iTunes if you have more than one iOS device or you'll likely need to get more iCloud storage from the 5 GB you get for free!

Most of the common cloud storage platforms now have iOS apps: Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Google Drive and so on. All of these have free versions, with paid upgrades for larger amounts of storage space.

Download the iOS app to both phones, log into the account on the first iPhone, set the items/s to share, then log into the same account with the second iPhone and grab the item/s.

Well! Now there is a new app on Windows. Its name is iOSToto. I think it is the most useful program to manage iPhone/iPad/iPod files on Windows.

To reach it, you need to turn to a professional program - iOS Transfer. With it, you can simply plug your old and new iPhone into the computer at the same time, and select the needed moved data like contacts, text messages, photos, apps, etc. for transferring between iPhone devices selectively or in a batch as you like. And you can also choose to export data from iPhone to computer, iTunes library or other devices without restrictions. Furthermore, this tool can also help you manage your iPhone data like add, delete, edit, etc. contacts info on PC directly.
