Bose SoundLink mini keep loosing connection to Bluetooth

Hi,

Have you tried another BT signal source device to prove whether the problem is with the phone or the speaker?

How far away from the phone is the BT speaker? BT usually only has an effective range of ~33' (10 Mtrs) depending on what may be in between the two devices e.g. concrete walls can limit the range

If the problem is with the phone and not the speaker, what is the make and model number of the phone?
