Where do You stick ribbons on the digitizer

I’m trying to figure out where to stick the ribbons that are on the digitizer .

Not sure what you mean but on the iPad 6 the home button with its bracket needs to be adhered to the screen additionally with b7000 liquid glue around the bracket and rubber gasket of the home button.

The digitiser sometimes has a flex cable that needs to be folded like the original screen. There will be peel adhesive on that cable to stick to the edge of the digitiser.

When I fold it and stick it to the digitizer, the screen won’t stick on that side because it’s too puffy . Could you add pics ?

When folding the digitizer cable make sure to press down the fold as well or it'll make the adhesive on the cable not stick on well due to pressure pushing it away.
