The tablet is stuck in startup at the logo screens

My tablet is stuck on the Samsung logo screens. It keeps looping through those two logo screens, but will not continue past it.

Mine is doing the same thing. I pushed Power and Volume Down simultaneously to reboot the tablet, and then it reboots to the same loop being stuck

  1. Turn off the tablet.
  2. Press and hold together Volume Up + Home + Power button.
  3. Release held keys when the Samsung Logo appears on the screen.
  4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
  5. Next choose "Yes -- delete all user data"
  6. And "reboot system now".
