OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD DID NOT FIT

OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD DID NOT FIT .. was it defected or am i missing something. It did not go in when i pressed it. the original ssd was perfect fit. in and out. also i really need a ssd what will be compatible with the early 2014 model?
