Sony RDH-GTK37IP Display shows "Protect E02"
The sound system does not work. As soon as it turns on it shows the error on the display.

A protect E02 error code indicates a problem with power to the Amp board.
Here’s the service manual for the receiver.
This should help to find the problem as it has dis-assembly instructions, schematic diagrams and a parts list.
