My husband thinks he touched something on the remote. Our TV is black when you watch satellite but you can hear the sound. The picture/sound works when you watch Netflix. What did he do??? lol

It may be your satellite/antenna. Try replacing that, or checking the connection to the tv.

Have you tried checking your TV connection or maybe your Netflix version is not compatible. I use the latest version of Netflix at seruapk and it works great
