Running slow and freezing
Hi all, I've only just got my new laptop I've downloaded serato dj lite,it took along time to download, once downloaded when i click on the icon I have to click it 3 or 4 times then it opens,once it's open I cannot play any songs because the laptop freezes and nothing else happens it just frozen,it's not the software because it works on my son's laptop fine! So any help would be great. Thanks Simon.

What browser? Remove all addons except µblock origin (this is the best adblocking adddon). Preferably use Firefox + µblock origin.

Again what is the laptop model number and how much RAM is installed? The model number can be found on a label under the laptop. The amount of RAM can be found by going to Windows Start Button > Settings > System > About > Installed RAM
Is your son's laptop comparable to yours as far as system hardware is concerned e.g. installed RAM and CPU as this can affect the performance?
Do you have problems with any other programs on the laptop?
If not have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program to check if anything changes?
