PS4 pro disc drive not spinning, and show unrecognised disc

What does I tried:

-replace the laser lens

-replace the ribbon cable

-rebuild the date base

-update the software in safe mode

Also replaced F6201 & F6202,and checked F6001.

I think those three are related to the disc drive, but all is well.By the way, my board is NVA-001

But nothing changed,the disc drive still not working

Did you replaced the drive motor too ?

Anyway, I think you’re better off with an entirely new drive.. Make sure you transfer your PCB to the new drive.

Perhaps someone else know what exactly is broken, but you already replaced a lot of parts of the drive.

@Koppie007, there is no daughter board (PCB) for the pro, it’s integrated on the logic board, has been this way since 12XX series PS4’s.
