home button input when home button is not pressed

when ever i hold my psp it detects home button inputs even when i dont press the button do i need to open up the system to fix this? if i do what do i do when i open it up?

The buttons are in the front panel (below), it’s a strip with all buttons on it. Make sure you clean the buttons, and beware of the tape/glue that’s holding the buttons in the front panel.. It tears easily..
