Need replacement tires in this situation?

Can you help me?

I didn't notice this kind of cut due to the margin or the kicking. Trace length of about 1.4 inches, depth of 0.01 inches in the front wheel, right.

Does this situation necessarily change tires? I am driving a Honda CRV.

Is it okay to replace it with spare tires?

Thanks everyone!

Yes replace the tire, the sidewall is damaged. You can only use the spare if it's a full size replacement for long term use. Most new spares are for temporary use.
