Replaced screen but still is not turning on

I was working on a cracked apple watch and sadly damaged the LCD while attempting a repair, and had to replace the screen of the device. I replaced the screen with one from an iCloud locked device, but the screen would not turn on. I thought the issue might be the screen itself, so I decided to buy another screen and try that out. That one did not work too. The watch still vibrates when it turns on but the screen stay off. The watch does not make any sounds when trying to play a sound through the find my app.

To add, I tried to replace the battery to no avail and I also tested both screens with another watch and they both worked. The LCD wiring does not look damaged.

Does anyone know what’s going on with this watch and how to fix it?

Test the battery connector to make sure the correct voltages are running. If they are not, micro solder a new connector from a donor board.

If running the correct voltages, replace LCD cables.

The screen will not turn on or boot loop if something is stuck in the connector on the screen, corrosion, short, or if the pins are bent out of place.

Hello, do you mean the battery connector that is located on the mother board? Can I use the connector from different Apple Watch?

Very curious to know if this is possible. It's my understanding that these cables are not repairable. At least probably not easily. I'm guessing they are micro-soldered.

Yes, t is, however difficult. Pads can be easily pulled while removing the connector
