Some part of touch screen not working.

recently, I’ve plug my Mi9 with PC using official xiaomi type-C cable and when I pick the phone up in hand, I can feel a little electric shock. I suddenly unplug it from PC and my Mi9 screen was frozen so I restart it then some area of my Mi9 screen cannot touch and I cannot use any gesture or multi-finger like pinch, use 2 finger, 3 finger at all (on entirely screen) I can only use one finger and drag

I’ve use CIT tool to discover untouchable area as shown

Is screen replacement will fix it?

Another thing, I used to drop my phone once and later proximity sensor and accelerator sometime not working correctly can I replace the sensor piece? where it located?
