Do you know the phone’s history like was it ever repaired before? Excess heat is an indication of a short circuit.

the phone had no previews issues ,nothing was replaced , everything is original

i saw few people complained about that the brightness may cause it

As I have understand after replacing my screen in an iPhone XR the screen by itself is the problem. At the bottom of the screen I imagine there are the leds of the back light and that’s the part that gets hot.

But as I know the iPhone X doesn’t have an lcd it has an Oled and so there are no leds for the back lights. I don’t know what else could it be.

The reason is that you've got the XR screen installed. Arrange a quick test - go to the totally dark room (bathroom) and check if there is any light emiiting from the screen with a black picture set on a full screen. The oled should not emit any. If there is any light - you screen been swaped some time ago.
