What’s wrong with the reset function?
So I just recently found my old LG treasure and tried to open it, but couldn’t remember my password. I did a reset with the power + volume down. Upon trying to set up my phone again, I put in my email and password, it says it is connecting to my account then brings me back to the screen where I put in my email. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hey there. What you did was a hard reset. Which gets the phone back to factory settings yes but cannot remove account associated. Is it a Google account that's giving you grief?

Yes, when I go to add an account back to the phone, it asks for a password and name of the account then starts to check it and returns me to the screen as if I never put in an email.
