OK so I was having your typical Xbox experience of it being really screwy and Spotify was crashing and doing all sorts of things and I was having a bad day, so I went over and unplugged my Xbox and kinda hit it like a dumbass, it didn't get damaged on the exterior and after taking it apart all seems good, but now it just doesn't turn on. Whenever I plug a USB in it works fine but when I press the button it chimes, am the light turns on, then immediately off. All the resets don't work, like unplugging it for 10s or holding down the eject and sync buttons.

My guess would be power supply failed. If you do have a spare laptop drive lying around (2.5”) you can test that on the Xbox and see if it stays on and not shut off immediately.

I have a external hard drive and I can still charge things using the Xbox, if that's what you're asking about, the lights of the external drive and the battery im charging with the usbs flicker when I try to turn it on, and I tried to see if it was a power limit problem by unplugging everything but the power cable, I also tried a new power cable but its the same result

Oh I meant internally like disassembling the xbox until you can remove the hard drive to temporarily plug in one to test with:

In my opinion the best way to go around this is bring it to a console repair shop which will have all the parts to get it fixed. I would rather not spend money on parts not knowing whether or not it'll fix the problem unless im sure.
