Misfire on cylinder six replaced coil. Still have a misfire

Why would I still have a misfire? I used my OBD 2 And in the freeze-frame the short term and long term fuel are in the negative but not more than 10. The load on the PCT which I believe is the amount of air Coming into the vehicle is at 30.2% any suggestions what it could be?
