Hi i need help . I have iphone xs max broken top and back lcd and back frame inside all parts or safe phone in working condition . So if i buy other i cloud xs max so which parts i should only replace? Which parts i should pull out from broken iphone xs max to icloud lock iphone xs max? Plz help me

Let me get this straight, you are trying to buy an iCloud locked phone and put in the parts from the other phone to make it one phone in good condition? If that’s the case you should be able to just swap the logic board, but apple likes to link hardware to boards. Usually the hardware is still usable though. You can try, but it might be cheaper to just get the screen and housing rather then buying a whole phone.

You also will have to replace the front camera and PROXIMITY sensor on the screen, it's parts of the earpiece speaker piece. You need to change those items if you want face Id to work. Those items are locked to that motherboard. If you do that you would have a perfectly working phone
