Missing fuse or resistor

I found that my NDS displays were all wavy and not functioning properly.

I compared boards with one of my kids working ones and found a missing bit. Looking to see if someone could advise so that I can buy a replacement.

I circled the missing bit if someone could advise the part it would be greatly appreciated
