My friend replaced the battery for me and now it won’t charge

I opened up my iPod to take a look at what he did and this is what I found. The battery seems to have been ripped out and that last solder pad has been scratched up. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Follow up. It had turned on and worked for a day (it didn’t charge) before it stopped completely

It can be fixed. Take it to a repair shop and I am positive it can be fixed.
