android 9 and 10 dont work

when i install android 8 custom rom on my device is worked but after 3 month of using it,i started my phone and its want my code i entered it and it says - your code is correct but your data is crashed,now i fixed it with reseting my phone and it works fine,when i installed android 9 or 10 it says when i start is - your code is correct but your data is crashed and this times i dont use any code on my phone please help i want to use android 9 or 10 on my phone
