Is it possible to switch a 4GB & 2GB drive between 2nd gen Nanos?

They’re the same generation nano, I’d just like a 4GB drive from another 2nd gen nano in my 2GB nano. Is it possible, &, if so, how can I do it?

The flash on the Nano is soldered to the board. Unless you can find a dead board with a good flash chip and know how to solder it (and restore the firmware), you will need to replace the entire board.

You’re better off getting a 16GB 7th gen Nano with due to the cost and difficulty since these are worth so little and are nearly impossible to repair - especially when the battery fails.
