My Samsung S7 Edge suddenly turns off and I cannot turn it on.

Hi,

My Samsung S7 Edge suddenly stop working and shut down when I was deleting some video files- because memory was full. I have tried some procedures using keys like fast reboot, safe mode, etc., but it didnot turn on. When I plug it in, the indicator is off and nothing happens. I cannot use the Dr.Fone Repair Utility because the mobile cannot neither goes to download mode or usb enable mode, nor finding by pc. I have been using the mobile phone for more than three years without any problems. I think one of these three problems may happend: Hard, Battery or Power Circuit.

Any solution would be appriciated.

I got it repaired by a technician, he said the hard is dead but after changing it, he told me that he must chang the main board too! It cost a fortune but fortunately it's working good now.

Do any of the buttons on either side of the home button light up? What about the indicator light at the top? Does that flash any color while it’s charging?

No, they are not. The indicator light is off too, while charging cord is pluged in.

Then most likely it's a battery or power circuit issue.

I just had a similar problem with my s7 edge and I want to add some details. First of all the phone responds to charging because my power bank lights up when I plug it in. Secondly, the phone didn't fall at the moment when it stopped working but it already had quite a few cracks before it stopped working. Please if you have any tips or idea I would love to hear them
