Can not restore iOS

Hi I have iPhone 7 A1778 that I can not restore. I am using 3U tools and original USB cable (I have restored many devices with this setup) with only dock flex and batery.

Recovery gets stuck on 24% - Updating S3E firmware, while log says “Closing the mounting of the drive\n”

It doesn’t give any error, just stuck there. I waited for 30 minutes.

I reballed the NAND, clean the pads (they were gray and I had to clean them), but it is still the same

Any help?

So I’ll answer my own question - it was bad NAND chip. I had to replace it with a new one.
