Why is my tv not showing a clear picture?

My Samsung TV is taking several times to power on and when it finally warms up it will power on and shows a clear picture of the no signal screen. Once I connect my PS4 to the hdmi port the picture becomes distorted and eventually the tv make a screeching sound. I replaced a few capacitors on the power board I believe and still not working.
