Red light blinking fast,Tv turn on but doesn’t work

I have changed motherboard of my Tv,and it turn on but the remote control doesn’t worked well on t,it just changed the channel and and the sound but it doesnt work with the other buttons.I’m trying do go te menu to search for channels and it doesn’t accepted.

RED BUTON IS BLINKING VERY FAST ALL THE TIME

Please any idea.
