My iMac suddenly have 2 blue dots on black screen

hi everybody. i’m using an imac 5k 2017 with catalina 10.15 os. yesterday, i suddenly have 2 blue dots when i select black as background color (another color didn’t have that happen). does anyone have experience handling this?
