Headphones randomly power them self on for no reason...

The model is Sony MDR-XB950B1 and no matter the battery state, the number of resets and factory resets the headphones automatically power them self on in a random moment. 5 minutes later they power them self off… If manually powered off they just turn them self on after a random period of time. No other active Bluetooth or NFC device around them.

Why is that happening and how can I prevent it?
