G4 MDD Strange Graphic Bug

Hello! So I have an PowerMac G4 MDD which had a broken PSU, so I bought an ATX PSU and modded it so it works with a Power Mac G4 MDD. It booted up, pressed the ALT key on the Keyboard so I can choose an hard Drive to boot from and saw a very strange Graphic Bug.

The machine is responding and I can move the mouse cursor and such. What is the cause of this Bug ? Is the GPU broken? Or my modded PSU ?

@eneas64 it will become important to know if it worked before you replaced the PSU. If it did you know it’s your mod PSU. If you do not know it is possible that this is the GPU. Make sure that your mod is absolutely correct. If does sound and look like a GPU issue but any time you use a modded component it can do some extremely weird things
