SD card reader and sim card logic board replacement

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and the sd card reader no longer works properly and I was wondering if I could use an at&t logic board sim and sd card reader with my TracFone wireless inc. phone. I do not need the sim card reader to work cus I don’t use it with data, just need to expand the storage.
