I need to identify a defective component on logic board in order to replace it.

@dschizas that is reference designator L9100 which is a 250 ohm ferrite bead. You can get the package size by measuring the distance from one point to the other.
You will need to check why it blew the way it did. There should only be 12 Volt on that rail, so make sure you have no short anywhere else.

Its really nice post. I've the same issue happened accidentally by replacing the display ribbon. Where can I find this part? If you can provide the link please.

@Алексей Гусев if you are looking for the one for an iMac, then the package size should be 0805. Something like a ILHB0805ER251V will work
