Radiator fan not turning on?

Hey guys I think I have a more complex problem or I have over analyzed my situation with my 1992 Honda Civic 4 Cylinders 1.5L MFI SOHC

Car Overheats after about 5 to 10 minutes of driving. Radiator fan never engages to turn on, I also noticed it takes the coolant but the radiator fan still does not turn on. Checked the fan switch by bridging the current and fan turns on.

I replaced following:

cooling fan relay

temp sensor

fan switch

thermstat

I checked the other fuses underneath the hood and they were all good. Not really sure where to go from here. What are your thoughts

Alejandro Garcia hat is the exact year, engine size and model for your Civic? That way we can chase the wiring and hopefully get you a good answer.
