My camera , sound, and flashlight glitch out

My camera, sound and flashlight work work, but once in a while the sound and flashlight will work but my camera wont, it will usually work for three days and then stop working for three weeks. Any ideas on what it could be?? The ringer and vibrate also glitch out. Only my second rear camera works and on the screen the picture looks cracked but looks mint from the outside.
