Roller brush doesn’t turn - Shark Lift-Away brand
I have a Shark Lift-Away, the brush has stopped turning. I have cleaned it, etc.

That instruction is basically clean it, it doesn't have an answer.
Mine just doesn't work no .atter what I do
have check all obvious problems but brush roll wont turn

I'm having the same issue. Is there a reset button for the beater bar(brush roller)?
Brand new right out of the box will not pull or push spin brush does not work.... WTF is the problem with this vacuum

My roller also stopped working. It would be nice if you could remove brush to see if there is hair wrapped around where the brush connects.

@yazminkuba18603 You can remove the brush, but it's not just a matter of snapping open a couple of latches on these machines; there are like 10 screws that have to be taken out but it is doable.
