No signal bad antenna possibly

My moto e5 play worked just fine plugged it in to charge a couple hours later bo signal strength whatsoever… was told it was possibly antenna cable hardware issue… how do I replace the antenna

did you open it or break it? why do you think it is antenna?

First go to accounts->Google-> Remove you google account.

Setting-> Security/Phone->Factory reset
