Cleaning the boiler outlet

I can’t get the screw out to clean the boiler outlet. It seems to be welded in. Water won’t pump through. Do I have to throw the whole machine away because the screw won’t come out?

Update (01/08/2020)

Here are the pictures of the screw I can’t get out and the boiler holder (holds the coffee filter).

I can't get the screw out. It's stuck fast. I have tried WD40. Any advice would be appreciated.

jwsacco it is not welded in. I think it is just hard to get a good grip on it. Use a phillips head socket and a ratchet. Place the socket into the screwhead and use a small hammer to tap the bottom of the socket thus loosening the screw a bit. The use the ratchet on the socket to remove the screw.
