1 Proximity sensor not working
I have changed screen on my iPhone x and also flood illuminator from my original to spare part. Faceid and everything else works but my promixity sensor does not. Is it on the flood illuminator part or is my spare part otherwise faulty? Thanks.

Nothing is obstructing it? Are you using a screen protector? If so remove the protector and try.

Using screen protector but ”notch” area is free.

Everything else works in the Face ID module right? If so, it is probably a faulty proximity sensor.

Sensor is same part as flood illuminator? And it has to go with same motherboard for faceid to work so i guess this is immpossible job.
