Nikon 24-70G F2.8 Autofocus Fault

A few weeks ago, my Nikon 24-70G can not autofocus. I'm tear it down to try to find out what's problem in that. Is that SWM fault? See my video: https://youtu.be/8Eo2FtqRoes

I have ordered a SWM. Hope I can fix it.
