Why is my trio 8gb not working
I need to known how to turn on my Android trio 8gb tablet if it won't turn on?

Hi @camogirl19 ,
Does the tablet give any indications that it is being charged when you connect the charger to the tablet?
If so this is good as it shows signs of life.
If the battery is charging allow it to fully charge before attempting to turn on the tablet.
Once it has fully charged try turning on the tablet with the charger still connected.
If still no good, disconnect the charger and using a straightened paperclip, press and hold the reset button which is located in a hole next to the headphone socket. You will feel the button operate when you gently insert the paper clip.
Hold the button operated for about 10-15 seconds and then release.
Check if the tablet now turns on.

DO NOT confuse the hole with the microphone hole at the other end of the tablet as you don’t want to damage the microphone by pushing a paperclip into it.
