Vacuum has no suction. Nothing is going into canister
No suction. I’ve cleaned hoses, filters, but it only picks up a little. Nothing is going into the canister

If your Shark vacuum is no longer picking up dust and debris, see the Shark ION Robot R75 Is Not Collecting Debris problem page for possible causes and solutions.

Check the lower unit hose. Mine did the same thing. I had a crack in the hose.

Yeah this happened to all 5 we've used cleaning houses, and I've repaired over the last 6 years.
Watch out buying a replacement hose. Most (80%) were 1-1/2 inch in diameter. It will fit though I ripped a new hose once.
The real thing is 36mm or 1.42 inch.
Also check that the hose is wound left hand. That is, when you screw the hose onto the ends on you have to turn the hose in the opposite direction than you would to put a screw into a hole. The top of the tube will roll to the left as it goes in. Hold the old hose up to an enlarged view on the screen to see their the same.
Check for socks, small toys, or clods of gunk in the roller brush head, the hose leading up to the tube, inside the tube, and inside the hose and handle.
I use a wire clothes hanger I've straightened to reach inside these places. If you uncurl the hanger under the hook and cut off the straight part you'll have a small cork screw end that works great. Be sure to file off any sharp edge so the end does not puncture the hoses.
