Thermal paste application where to apply?
Need instructions to apply thermal paste to my 24” iMac A1225 parts. Thanks

I do recommend you also refresh the GPU board as well. You’ll need some thermal pads to replace the ones on the VRAM chips Thermal Pad. Use some thin strips of paper to create a gap gage to figure out which size of pad you’ll need. Dry fit the GPU heat sink and then feed from the side the strips so its just snug then use a micrometer to measure.
