should I use heat cold or neither?

Hello ,I've been trying to figure out the best way to tackle the replacement of the front and back glass replacement on my S 8 + . I would love a straight forward way that works for someone without any specialty tools . I have purchased front and back glass . The kit I have also came with a UV light ,some tools and what I image you be uv activated glue. My didzertizer and sceen are both fine . It wouldnt kill me if I had to purchase something to make this easier and less like to damage my screen . Any help would be appreciated.
