My truck will not start.

I have a 1996 Ford F-250 5.8L and it will not start. It clicks but won’t turn. It has a new battery, alternator, starter, spark plugs. What do y’all think the issue may be?

put a socket on the crank pulley bolt and using a breaker bar, try to rotate the crank. if it doesnt rotate, pull your spark plug and try again. if it doesnt rotate again, you have an internal engine issue or failure.
