Random changing dot array on LCD

I'm running a diagnostic on this Samsung Tab and there’s this dot array that will flash every 2 seconds and change to a different pattern everytime. Has anyone seen this before?

EDIT: So far I have tried checking all internal connections to see if any are loose. There is no sign of any water damage, dust, or any other environmental damage. Just completed a software rewrite (AP and BL) through ODIN and ended up with the same dots. The dots do not show up when the device is on the recovery mode screen.
