Hi,
I have a iphone 8 with very weak network signal. only picks up 1 bar and that is in and out. have tried different sims and resetting network settings , none of them have worked. only get 1 bar thats in and out on ee, vodafone etc. what part would need to be replaced? can find ones for wifi and Bluetooth but both of them work fine.

What you’ll want to replace is the Diversity Antenna. If you’re also having issues with Wi-Fi/BT, this could resolve those issues too.

have you ever changed the charging flex.WI-FI and bluetooth aerial is not Network antenna any more.Possible solution.
1- Antenna is connect to charging flex.
2- Bad contact of antenna to antenna connector.

I had the exact same issue. I replaced the Wi-Fi diversity antenna on my iPhone 8 (not the 8 Plus) and that didn't fix the issue. Rather replacing the top left antenna fixed my reception issue. Be super careful about the hidden screw on the side of the phone housing, it's a little bit difficult to see but as long as you have decent lighting like a lamp (like I used) then you should be able to see it. It's a little bit fiddly but not too awkward to take out the screw and put it back in but spending money on a replacement top left antenna is definitely better and way cheaper than buying a new phone. Details on how to replace your top left antenna are quite self explanatory but you can take a look on the iPhone 8 Charging Port replacement guide on iFixit:

update: I just realised there's also a full guide on replacing the top left antenna.
I had the same issue. I replaced the down right antenna firstly and that didn't fix but top left. Thanks for sharing your experience about it Jordan Win!
